Meet the Team

Owner
Theresa Drake
Theresa brings a strong background in fitness, rehabilitation, and coaching with a passion for helping others build confidence and strength. With an Associates degree in Fitness Technology she has spent the past decade working in chiropractic and rehabilitation settings as a Certified Chiropractic Assistant and Rehab Specialist. In 2024, she returned to personal training, reconnecting with her passion for helping clients create healthy, sustainable habits through fitness. Outside of her professional work, she has coached youth sports for over seven years, including soccer and cheer - combining her love for athletics and mentorship.

Owner
Jenna Kisor
Jenna brings a background in community engagement, event leadership, and youth mentorship, with experience spanning from nonprofit leadership, project management, and creative programming. Alongside her professional career, her history with dance stems from participating in high school dance team, and she has been coaching with the Banks Youth Dance program since 2023. She believes dance is about more than performance, it's a joyful way to move your body, build confidence, exercise, and express yourself.

Ashley Quesnoy
Ashley Quesnoy is a choreographer, coach, and dance instructor with 20 years of experience in competitive Pom, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Contemporary dance. Known for dynamic choreography and strong technical training, Ashley is passionate about developing confident, versatile dancers and creating impactful performances both on and off the competition floor.

Audrey Rogers
Audrey brings a fun and welcoming energy to The Collective Studio. With a dance background that began in childhood and experience in supporting local youth dance programs, she loves helping students build confidence through movement. Audrey teaches beginner-friendly classes that introduce hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary dance in an encouraging, approachable environment. Her goal is for every student to learn something new, have fun, and leave class feeling proud of themselves.

Kathy Ruiz
Kathy brings energy, encouragement, and a passion for movement into every class she teaches. With her experience in salsa, line dance, cheer, and community dance instruction, she creates a welcoming environment where students can challenge themselves, build confidence, and have fun. Kathy has trained in salsa since age 11 and has performed at events including the Reno Latin Dance Fest, Seattle Salsa Congress, and East Meets West. She currently performs with the Pacific University Boxer Spirit Squad and teaches dance classes for youth and adults through a community center.

Kylene Grell
Kylene is a yoga teacher with a nurturing, welcoming approach to movement and rest. She specializes in Yin Yoga, nervous system regulation and deeply restorative practices that help students slow down and connect to their bodies. Her work is especially supportive for people in life transitions and for those who feel like yoga isn't for them, offering an accessible and supportive space to begin.
Kylene's classes combine gentle yoga, somatics, meditation and breathwork with a soundbath to create an "intensely relaxing" and balanced experience. She leaves helping others to embrace their bodies and find stillness within.

Megan Blake
Megan brings creativity, energy, and a passion for connection into every class she teaches. With experience teaching youth dance and art programs, Megan specializes in beginner-friendly movement, sensory-based learning, creative arts, and family-centered classes that encourage self-expression and confidence. From Mommy & Me to dance fundamentals, crafts, and beauty workshops, her goal is to create a welcoming space where students can learn, explore, and grow at their own pace.
