Flirty Fit is a fun, confidence boosting dance fitness class filled with sassy music, easy-to-follow choreography, and feel-good movement. Designed for all experience levels, you'll learn combinations that will help you let loose and enjoy moving your body without pressure for perfection. Come as you are, leave with a little sweat!
