Pricing:
$60 for Summer Session 1
(If you prefer 2 days per week then add 3 Thursday's from 1:00pm-1:50pm for an extra $36: 6/11, 6/18 & 7/2 No class 6/25)
Midday Sweat HIIT (45 minutes)
A fast paced full body HIIT workout designed to recharge your lunch break with cardio, strength, and core training. Sweat, reset and get back to your day feeling stronger and energized. Modifications available for all fitness levels.
Minimum
Minimum of 4 RSVP's must be met to move forward with this class. Once minimum is met, a link for payment will be emailed. If minimum is not met, class will be cancelled.
