$60 for Summer 2 Session ($10 per class)/ $12 drop in fee per class


Midday Sweat HIIT (45 minutes)

A fast paced full body HIIT workout designed to recharge your lunch break with cardio, strength, and core training. Sweat, reset and get back to your day feeling stronger and energized. Modifications available for all fitness levels.


Please bring a yoga mat, if you have one, and wear athletic/comfortable clothing.

Age (15+)


Minimum

Minimum of 3 RSVP's must be met to move forward with this class. If minimum is not met, class will be cancelled.
