$110 for Summer Session 1


A welcoming, beginner-friendly yoga class designed for every body. This practice focuses on simple, accessible movement, gentle stretching, and mindful breathing to help you feel more comfortable in your body. If you are interested in yoga, stress management, maintaining your mobility, or building flexibility in mind or body this is the class for you. 


Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Age 14+


Minimum

Minimum of 3 RSVP's must be met to move forward with this class. Once minimum is met, a link for payment will be emailed. If minimum is not met, class will be cancelled.
